WE ARE ORBIT

Following the sold-out success of back-to-back Orbit DJ Retreats since the 2019 launch, Orbit returns in 2025 for a transformative, immersive, and holistic experience. Designed for DJs, producers, and music industry enthusiasts, this retreat will empower attendees to elevate their skills, creativity, and industry knowledge to new heights.

Participants will be mentored by a collective of the most successful and innovative names in electronic music and beyond, including Orbit Co-Founder Doorly, alongside industry professionals with decades of experience using Ableton, Logic, Native Instruments, and Pioneer (AlphaTheta). Previous mentors have included legends like Gorgon City, Nightmares on Wax, and Eli & Fur, as well as a host of Orbit’s extended network of A&Rs, agents, managers, record label owners, promoters, talent buyers, publicists, publishers, and more.

Orbit’s program is a global collaboration of leading minds in music, offering an expertly curated curriculum that equips attendees with the tools to thrive in the industry. The retreat covers essential topics, including advanced DJ equipment techniques, mastering music production software, marketing, branding, and social media strategies, as well as business and career development. In addition, workshops focused on health and well-being provide guidance on sustaining a long and rewarding career in the music industry.

Since the debut retreat in 2019, Orbit has been thrilled to witness the incredible achievements of its alumni, from signing to top labels like Gorgon City’s REALM and Damian Lazarus’ Crosstown Rebels to landing dream gigs and touring globally. Some even caught the attention of Doorly’s label, a testament to the exceptional talent that Orbit nurtures. The success stories of our students not only inspire but invigorate the mentors, embodying what Orbit is all about: discovering and elevating extraordinary untapped talent.
